All orders will be sent within 2 workings days. Please note at peak times of the year this maybe subject to change, where this occurs we will inform you.

All items are sent by Evri courier. However, orders can be collected by selecting collection on your order either at any of out markets or from our address by arrangement.

We always do our best to make sure our full range is available at every market but please note we cannot always guarantee this so please make sure to order in advance if you require something specific.  

Occasionally we may need to substitute the type of jar used for another of the same size if our suppliers are out of stock.

It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any allergy requirements before the order is placed and we will confirm if your request can be met. Please see  our allergies page for this information.

All items must be kept refrigerated once opened and have a 6 months shelf life other then the Lemon curd which has 3 months.

Christmas orders need to be placed a minimum of 14 working days before Christmas to ensure delivery.

Changes on your order are not possible on the site but can be made using the contact form.
